Job Opportunity

This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to work closely with executives and internal teams to ensure smooth running of external meetings and events.

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, including daily management, organizing and prioritizing key commitments and internal or external meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal and external teams, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in information.
  • Plan and coordinate travel, including booking flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Manage credit card expenses, open cards, ensure documents are signed, and handle travel organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and treat all communications and documents discreetly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules for executives, ensuring they feel secure and confident in their arrangements.
  • Bilateral dialogue with counterparts or executive teams.
  • Apply pragmatism and experience in events and travel.
Requirements
  • English - Intermediate or Advanced level.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate level in Excel and Power Point.
  • Spanish - Intermediate level required.

The ideal candidate will possess negotiation skills, analytical vision, ability to set priorities, effective communication, and adaptability to changes.
