Position Overview

As a Global Integration Specialist within the Technical Services division, your role will involve supporting the launch of premier brands onto our Network by delivering exceptional Technical Support throughout the Integration Process.

This dynamic position requires collaboration with both the marketing and technical teams of our clients to ensure the timely and successful implementation of our customized online tracking technology, adhering to the defined campaign specifications. Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Core Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive Technical Integration Support to clients during their onboarding process, which includes:

  • Serving as a liaison to offer clear and concise technical guidance
  • Quickly identifying errors within client configurations and suggesting potential solutions
  • Addressing and negotiating issues with subpar setups that do not meet team objectives
  • Contributing to the monthly targets of the Integration Team, with incentives for exceeding expectations
  • Reviewing the work of team members for technical approval
  • Reporting technical issues or bugs with the platform and escalating as necessary
  • Managing an internal and external knowledge base
  • Delivering advanced training to internal staff
  • Testing new features and developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient analytical skills with an ability to maintain a broader perspective

  • Understanding of web technologies, including basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their functionalities
