Position Overview

As a Global Integration Specialist within the Technical Services division, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding of premier brands onto our Network by delivering exceptional Technical Support throughout the Integration Process.

This dynamic position requires effective collaboration with both the marketing and technical teams of our clients to ensure the timely and successful implementation of our tailored online tracking solutions, adhering to the specified campaign requirements. Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail are vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include providing comprehensive Technical Integration Support to clients during their onboarding process, which encompasses:

  • Serving as a liaison to convey technical guidance in a clear and concise manner
  • Quickly identifying errors within client configurations and offering constructive feedback on potential resolutions
  • Addressing and negotiating subpar setups that do not meet team objectives
  • Contributing to the monthly targets of the Integration Team, with incentives for exceeding expectations
  • Reviewing the work of colleagues for technical approval
  • Reporting technical issues or bugs within the platform and escalating them as necessary
  • Managing an internal and external knowledge base
  • Delivering advanced training to internal staff
  • Testing new features and developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Understanding of web technologies, including basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their functionalities
