Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst to lead our product development efforts. This role will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, gathering and documenting business requirements, and serving as the primary link between customers and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with various stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the development team, ensuring accurate information exchange.
  • Collaborate with UI Designers to create wireframes or prototypes necessary for functionality development.
  • Elaborate and document user stories, functional, and non-functional specifications using text, diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization to maximize value delivery within budget constraints and reach product goals.
  • Interface with the development team to convey functionalities to be implemented.
  • Interface with project managers to ensure timely and in-budget launch of functionalities.
  • Review product increments with the team and stakeholders, and convert feedback into new requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, being thorough and detail-oriented.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on fintech platforms like payment gateways, digital wallets, lending systems, or investment platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial services and data flow, including payment processing, credit scoring, KYC.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Proficiency in documenting digital solutions through functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Experience with visually representing information through appropriate types of diagrams.
  • Familiarity with multiple methods of prioritization used to constantly prioritize the product backlog and maximize the value delivered toward product goals.
  • Solid understanding of IT verbiage, database concepts, and API communication standards.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to switch between complex projects and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology and documentation.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, working well with both the customer and the dev team.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Business analysis certification.
  • Product Owner certification.
  • Previous experience with more than one IT products.
  • Interaction with stakeholders who were external to your team.
