We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team at SkySys as a Hybrid DWO/TOQIT Technician. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop and laptop systems, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop and laptop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including network and server systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, IOS, and other computer operating systems.
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system and other IT service management tools.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience and knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and other user and asset rights or deployment systems.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, including DNS, Proxy servers, and firewalls.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN setups and concepts.
- Knowledge of software distribution, patching, and imaging technologies desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Associate degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of working experience in information technology.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and related software applications.
- Experienced with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experienced with GxP compliance and Computer Systems Validation.
This role will require working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
LanguageThe primary language for this role is English (en-US).
