Cultivate and secure meaningful relationships with major gift donors to drive growth and success.
- Establish a strong network of influential individuals to support key university initiatives.
- Solicit and steward gifts exceeding $1 million annually through relationship building and strategic outreach.
- Assess donor capacity, inclination, and passions to identify opportunities for alignment and engagement.
- Develop targeted solicitation strategies to advance institutional fundraising priorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage knowledge, expertise, and resources in pursuit of shared goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of development experience with a focus on external relationships and donor engagement.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships.
