Job Title: Biomedical Liaison Specialist

Job Description

As a Biomedical Liaison Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between biomedical engineers and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to gather detailed data from customers regarding hospital products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving complaints from hospitals or product representatives;
  • Translating information into English for customer systems;
  • Managing reporting deadlines for each country and contributing to investigations of processes and reports;
  • Intermediating between customer systems and hospitals or representatives;

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to think critically and determine necessary questions;
  • Good analytical and customer service skills;
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable) and Advanced English (required);

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can effectively interact with bio-medical engineers and healthcare providers. You must possess strong critical thinking abilities, enabling you to identify necessary questions to gather information.

Strong analytical skills and good customer service skills are essential for this role. Intermediate Spanish is desirable, while Advanced English is mandatory.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
