Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Outbound operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, driving process improvements, and delivering results in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of associates across multiple shifts
  • Drive operational excellence through the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and safety metrics
  • Implement and maintain standardized work processes to ensure consistent performance
  • Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate business updates to the team
  • Manage workforce planning and staffing to meet business demands
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives using lean/six sigma methodologies
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace standards
  • Train and develop first-level associates and supervisors
  • Collaborate with support teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage performance through data analysis and actionable insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing teams and leading process improvements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
