Operations Leadership

A highly motivated and experienced operations professional is required to lead our inbound/outbound operations at an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

The successful candidate will oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient shipping processes and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100+ employees).
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Optimize resource allocation and labor planning.
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in employee and performance management.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Advanced English Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data-driven decision making skills.
