As a CoE Analytics Support consultant, you will be part of our team responsible for enabling customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at maximum potential.

Your goal will be to provide first-class support to our customers, solving technical problems, optimizing solution operation, improving system availability and stability, and reducing customers' total cost of ownership (TCO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site support to customers
  • Solve technical problems and optimize solution operation
  • Improve system availability and stability
  • Reduce customers' TCO by providing Enterprise Support, ActiveEmbedded, and MaxAttention Services
Requirements
  • Advanced English skills are required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field is mandatory
  • Experience in data modeling and database (SQL knowledge, data warehousing), data visualization (Front-End tools, reporting and dashboards creation experience), and knowledge of at least one of the following SAP products (BW, DWC, HANA, SAC) modeling
  • Troubleshooting experience of technical issues to diagnose issues and differentiate between product and non-product issues
  • Experience with support, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations, and extremely tight deadlines
  • High customer orientation
