Job Title: Service Delivery Lead

The Team You'll Work With:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to help us build out new teams of implementations/onboarding specialists and customer support representatives. This leader will play a critical role in building teams to ensure every customer feels supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review performance metrics to provide recommendations for improvement
- Lead strategic initiatives, including process improvements and tool implementations
- Contribute to product problem-solving and identify top customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service and feedback to improve products and messaging
- Determine ideal service models and processes for customers
- Hire and scale a team that inspires loyalty and references from customers
- Work with internal teams to improve the customer experience and efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience hiring and scaling teams across multiple pillars
- Proactive and take ownership in all work
- Organized and responsive in following up with requests
- Effective in setting expectations and driving projects to completion
- Ability to identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and execute on action plans
- Guide daily team execution and empower teams to continually improve
