About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Tax Manager to lead our team in Brazil, with oversight of satellite operations in the United States and Argentina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving tax compliance and reporting initiatives across various entities.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and compliant tax notes for local and consolidated financial statements, as well as managing intercompany transactions and contracts. You will also play a crucial role in Transfer Pricing compliance, coordinating with internal and external specialists to ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
In addition, you will support tax planning initiatives, including business structuring, tax impact analysis, and optimization projects such as tax incentives and reform assessments. Your expertise will also be valuable in preparing tax-related management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in direct taxes, with solid knowledge of the Brazilian tax landscape and exposure to international operations;
- Proven experience in international structuring and Transfer Pricing coordination;
- Previous experience in team leadership;
