Job Description:

Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across multiple platforms and services. Stay at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with big clients on a global scale.

Manage systems data for clients, providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain backup software
  • Manage and maintain backup infrastructure (storage, tape library, cloud)
  • Plan and execute backup changes
  • Manage and maintain capacity needed for backup execution
  • Manage and maintain performance indicators for backup solution
  • Manage and maintain proactive backup monitoring

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining backup software, infrastructure, and defined backup policies
  • Ability to plan and execute changes in the backup environment
  • Capable of handling tasks of varying complexity, including incidents, service requests, and changes
  • Comfortable participating in meetings and chats of all levels of complexity
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with Backups Tools: Commvault, IBM Spectrum Protect, IBM Spectrum Protect Plus, IBM Storage Protect, Veeam

  • Dell Data Domain, Tape Library.Backup Repositories
