Clinical Project Manager

This senior-level project management role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in leading global clinical projects, particularly in rheumatology. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of industry experience, including the management of all project phases from initiation to closure, vendor management, and experience working on significant multisite trials.
We are seeking a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and passionate leader who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, providing exceptional client service, and collaborating with internal teams to drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality, and control project expenses
- Lead and mentor junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification an asset
- At least 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a CRO
- 7+ years of clinical project management experience, including all phases, vendor management, and experience with mid-size and large studies
