We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team at Mtech Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and implementation, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to select the most suitable technologies for the project, considering factors such as scalability, cost, ease of integration, and alignment with the company's strategy.
- Coordinate the implementation of systems, including developing new applications, integrating existing systems, and migrating data and systems to new platforms.
- Provide training and capacity building to clients on new tools and systems implemented, ensuring that all users know how to utilize the new features.
- Assist in adapting organizational processes to the new technologies implemented, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, conducting tests and reviews to ensure that the final product meets the specifications.
Requirements:
- College degree completed
- Experience in project management/implementation
- Required skills/abilities: experience in technology projects, language proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Travel requirements: up to 30% of domestic and international travel required
