Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and iterate game mechanics and systems, ensuring a seamless player experience.
  • Create technical design documentation and work in-engine to develop levels and mechanics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct user testing to prioritize the player's needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a game designer with at least one shipped game.
  • Player-centered approach to game design.
  • Ability to prototype quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Unity 3D and advanced English language skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Interest in understanding other game development disciplines.
  • Passion for gaming, storytelling, and interactive media.
