We are a team of innovators seeking a visionary User Experience (UX) Designer to join our ranks.
About this roleYou will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, immersive experiences, iterating and prototyping with a high level of creative freedom. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on the world of gaming and beyond.
Main Responsibilities- Develop UX/UI strategies and roadmaps for optimized consumer experiences;
- Provide data-driven rationale for UX recommendations;
- Apply UX/UI standards to identify improvement areas and test new standards through analysis and testing;
- Prepare UX/UI design and delivery documentation for developers;
- Analyze user insights to identify enhancements to the consumer experience;
- Develop a solid UI Styleguide based on the work of other fronts, such as Production Design, Visual Design, Marketing, Creative Direction and Lead Artists;
- Design game menus, navigation buttons, search fields, narrative text boxes, and other key UI elements;
- Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that illustrate navigation functions and layout;
- Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Demonstrated expertise in UX principles and directives, including Usability Tests, Features/Interactions Design, Experience Flow;
- Excellent visual skills to create interfaces that are easy to understand, use, and love;
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma;
- Experience with digital graphical tools like Photoshop and Illustrator;
- Strong iconography, grid, and typography skills;
- Ability to analyze user experience insights and wireframes, and build high-fidelity user interface prototypes;
- Superior communication skills;
- Exceptional time estimation, management, and organizational skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Professionalism regarding time, budgets, and deadlines;
- Proficiency in multimedia presentation software like Keynote and/or Google Slides;
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of Unity and/or Unreal Engine UI layout and animation;
- Previous work with Visual Identity and brand design, or design for marketing and advertising;
- Some knowledge of animation and motion design;
- A passion for games, movies, TV, art, animation, RPGs, theater, and narrative experiences.
