We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Factory Controller at Siemens. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving efficiency across our factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Economic Planning: Oversee the economic planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting for industrial costs, including raw materials, auxiliary materials, labor, capacity, and other indirect manufacturing costs.
  • Industrial Cost Management: Manage the process of defining industrial costs, including raw materials, auxiliary materials, labor, capacity, and other indirect manufacturing costs for factories, projects, products, and services according to regulatory methodologies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory process of stock and fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Productivity Improvement: Identify and promote the implementation of productivity actions according to company methodology, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Determine action plans based on managerial reports of industrial cost determination and performance indicators, comparing them with the operational plan.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor external and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures and their effectiveness.
  • Human Resources Management: Ensure the adequate performance of human resources under your responsibility, defining and continuously reassessing the team structure, using appropriate development tools to identify needs and promote actions for performance improvement, training, and employee motivation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degrees in Accounting Science/Business Administration and Economics.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the field is desirable.
