Technical Lead

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage the implementation of improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders to address technical issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Perform Salesforce administration and configuration tasks, including account management and report generation.
  • Monitor Salesforce usage for compliance and maintain data security.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
  • 8+ years of total experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven knowledge of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust security clearance.
Preferrred Qualifications
  • Unique combination of business acumen and strong technical background in Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to diverse audiences.
  • Initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
