Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Contract Management team in achieving individual, portfolio or cluster client contract performance targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing contract management processes using approved worldwide systems and tools, interacting with key internal stakeholders to ensure required individual client contract reporting, extracts and processes are executed.

This role involves driving continuous improvement and developing, enhancing and executing contract management processes. The professional will also implement and oversee governance for new contracts based on IBM Processes and Contract requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting contract management activities at the individual client contract and/or cluster/portfolio level to achieve contract performance targets.
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement and developing, enhancing and executing contract management processes using approved standard worldwide systems and tools.
  • Implements and oversees the governance for a new contract based on IBM Processes and Contract requirements.
  • Understands and ensures compliance with the terms and conditions of the client contract.

Additionally, the professional will work effectively in the Squad, utilizing Agile principles to provide support and operate effectively within the team.

Required skills and expertise include Project Management Techniques, Contract Management & Business Process Management, reading and understanding legal documents, developing Client relationships, and strong knowledge of Client Environment.

Preferred skills include experience with Excel, QMF, and proficiency in Spanish.
