We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our LATAM HR Team in Brazil as a Talent Acquisition & Learning Assistant HR Manager.
This is a senior role with a strategic and operational impact across the region, involving full-cycle recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders, driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, coordinating regional TA efforts, designing and deploying learning and development strategies, and creating learning content.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, be hands-on and proactive, possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate high resilience and adaptability, be fluent in English and Portuguese, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition (65%):
- Owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
- Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.
- Coordinating regional TA efforts to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Learning & Talent Management (35%):
- Designing and deploying learning and development strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development to promote knowledge exchange.
- Creating engaging learning content to support employee growth.
- Supporting key talent management initiatives to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- High resilience and adaptability to navigate complex business environments.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese to interact with global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
