About the Role

PepsiCo, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's corporate brand and key messages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to promote the company's corporate brand and key messages through various channels, including press, events, and external forums.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, opinion leaders, and communities.
  • Interface with communication agencies to ensure effective communication strategies and messaging.
  • Develop and track communication results reports to measure the effectiveness of our communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with other partner areas, including Digital (Social Media), to ensure integrated communication strategies.
  • Support the analysis and measurement of performance KPIs for press and communication efforts.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a corporate communications role.
  • Experience in press relations and public relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in ESG communications is an advantage.
  • Ability to produce high-quality executive presentations and reports.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Basic Spanish language skills.
