Job Title: Communication Sr Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Sr Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote our corporate brand and key messages across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to promote our corporate brand and key messages through press, events, and external forums.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, opinion leaders, and communities.
  • Interface with communication agencies to ensure effective communication strategies.
  • Develop communication results reports and plans.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers and communication partners.
  • Collaborate with other partner areas, including Digital (Social Media).
  • Analyze and measure performance KPIs for press.
  • Manage and monitor payments and communication budget.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in corporate communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in press relations and ESG is an advantage.
  • Production and organization of executive presentations.
  • Organization and multitasking.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced English and basic Spanish.
