**Job Title:** Operations Analyst

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a generalist profile and deep knowledge of the local context, gained through contact with LiveOps analysts and expansion teams. They will support the LiveOps team in daily decisions, create and define operational playbooks based on analyses, and plan special operations for holidays and high-demand periods.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure operational quality indicators (%Cancellation and %OL) by conducting root cause analyses with live and other teams, defining and executing action plans and strategies for operational improvement.
  2. Focus on delivery quality, reducing canceled orders, and minimizing order loss.
  3. Analyze current operational performance, evaluating delivery quality and fleet availability, planning and executing improvement actions such as fleet engagement and positioning strategies, incentive campaigns and challenges, and correcting operational errors of partner merchants.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in operations, customer service, or high-paced environments, and will possess advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Google Drive, good organization and attention to detail, clear and objective communication, proactivity, SQL and BI tools, project management, and knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
