The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business improvements by understanding business goals and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures. They will also be expected to monitor employee engagement, provide coaching and mentoring at management level, and create effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ Years of related work experience
- Experience as Human Resources Business Partner or similar roles
- English and Portuguese Fluency (C1+)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance
- Experience influencing leaders in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
