Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide specialized support to the RCA lead in ensuring alignment and consistency across various business lines within the South America region. This involves working closely with the business lines to ensure compliance with the RCF (Risk and Control Framework) and facilitating the execution of the dynamic risk management cycle.

This position also entails serving as a Business Data Steward for the Business Lines in South America, responsible for running monitoring and control processes on risks & controls held by 1LoR to support proper risk mitigation. Additionally, you will be required to produce data quality reports on the results, identify potential improvements in data quality related to risk and control mitigation/improvement, and participate in meetings to provide alignment between risk and control owner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Solid knowledge on risk management in a bank industry is essential for this role. The ideal candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and autonomously, possess excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, and be proficient in Office tools (excel, power point, and power BI).
