We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Hotel Services Coordinator. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying guest reservation needs and determining appropriate room types
  • Verifying availability of room types and rates
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers
  • Accommodating and documenting special requests
  • Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience working in fast-paced environments and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
