About the Role：
The Compliance Counsel will play a crucial part in 3M's Global Compliance Program, providing expert advice on anti-corruption and Code of Conduct matters. This includes supporting the screening and selection of third parties, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing and deploying training and awareness on key policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities：
- Advising 3M's business units on anti-corruption and Code of Conduct issues, providing creative and practical solutions in alignment with 3M's Code of Conduct, policies, and laws.
- Reviewing and approving high-risk transactions, including sponsorships, entertainment, gifts, meals, and donations, conflicts of interest, and third-party due diligence.
- Building a strong compliance culture through training, employee communication, leadership engagement, and counseling.
- Influencing stakeholders to embed compliance into the fabric of organizations, creating alliances and obtaining support from various leaders.
Requirements：
- Advanced to fluent in English and Spanish, with native proficiency in Portuguese.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish strong work relationships with leadership teams, business leaders, and all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
