About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the packaging team in Brazil and Argentina, driving growth, innovation, and sustainability for Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of the LATAM Packaging organization, you will collaborate with talented engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the packaging team to deliver business goals and priorities in Brazil and Argentina.
  • Develop and implement new and improved packaging solutions, including design generation, prototype development, and technology transfer.
  • Collaborate with procurement partners to negotiate local packaging contracts with suppliers.
  • Define and implement standardization, digitalization, automation, and simplification programs to drive margin improvement.
  • Ensure project success by continuously assessing and communicating project results versus goals and taking corrective action when required.
Requirements
  • BS or MS in Packaging, Engineering, or Material Science.
  • Solid experience in a consumer products, packaged goods, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in packaging or supply chain areas, with a proven track record of managing a team.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% for domestic and global project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a multinational company.
  • Experience coordinating packaging development projects with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Experience in package testing and with package specifications.
  • Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
