Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee all regional service operations, focusing on transactional activities at each local site. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with local business functions and entities.

This position follows a hybrid work model and must be performed from either Curitiba (PR) or São Paulo (SP).

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing Support and Service Levels.
  • Timely implementation of any agreed changes in support or process.
  • Representing the region/country and acting as SPOC for all required notifications/communications/actions/reporting.
  • Operational Governance – Weekly & Fortnightly Service Reviews with respective counterparts.
  • Timely resolution of any Escalations or Issues.
  • Managing staff rosters for country and People management of all staff in the country.
  • Requesting and tracking of Dispatch and Schedule visits.
  • Creation and tracking of Non Standard Service Requests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in service management or regional operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and operational governance.
