Job Role: Tax Planning Specialist
">We seek a skilled Tax Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tax planning and performing simulations for various taxes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Supporting tax planning and simulation activities for IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ISS, etc.
- Analyzing tax legislation and monitoring changes at federal, state, and municipal levels.
- Assisting in responding to tax audits and external audits.
- Participating in internal projects related to tax compliance.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure tax law compliance.
- Conducting value chain analysis and translating tax criteria into numerical impacts.
- Supporting the legal team in preparing administrative defenses and legal briefs for tax cases.
- Assisting in process mapping and ERP tax parameterization.
- Collaborating with Accounting, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business units to provide advisory support.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of both direct and indirect taxes.
- Practical understanding of tax legislation and related obligations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate legal interpretations into business practices.
