About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our events department and provide exceptional client experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospitality suites, managing events, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospitality events department, including event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Oversee the hospitality suites, ensuring exceptional client experiences and high-quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve objectives and drive business growth
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the hospitality team, setting clear expectations and goals
  • Analyze event success and prepare reports, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing hospitality suites and events
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
