Job Title: New Business Manager

At Pedros Chicken, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, expand our brand footprint, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including franchise expansion, partnerships, and new market entries.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability, leveraging market analysis and customer insights.
  • Franchise Development: Collaborate with the franchise development team to recruit and onboard new franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand standards and growth objectives.
  • Market Entry and Expansion: Evaluate potential markets for new store openings, considering demographic data, consumer behavior, and local competition.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with third-party organizations to drive business growth and maximize value.
  • Financial and Performance Management: Prepare financial projections and business cases for new business ventures, monitoring performance and reporting to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful launch and operation of new business ventures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, franchise management, or operations within the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business planning tools.
