Senior Credit Risk Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Analysis expert to join our team. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough credit evaluations and strategic risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive credit analyses on medium and large clients to ensure alignment with our risk appetite;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, to drive business growth and portfolio sustainability;
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient credit analysis practices;
- Analyze complex financial data and develop technical recommendations for senior leadership;
- Manage the credit portfolio under your responsibility, leading initiatives such as VRR, Add-ons, and RAC review;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to inform credit decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge;
- Proficiency in DLL, GCRP, performance programs, and connection of key indicators with day-to-day activities of CRO areas;
- Advanced knowledge of guarantees, financial products, economic indicators, and banking legislation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
