Are you a skilled Java developer passionate about problem-solving and customer support? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Support Consultant at a project specializing in derivatives and capital markets risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and provide L2 support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  2. Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
  3. Gather data to ensure the required technical information is collected to resolve complex tickets.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction with any interaction and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
  5. Securely work with customers' sensitive information and communicate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  2. 2+ years of experience in back-end software development.
  3. Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
  4. Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering.
  5. Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach.
  6. Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
