Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Product Management Manager who will play a pivotal role in identifying business prospects, analyzing market dynamics, and orchestrating the development of products and services in the B2B sector. This position demands close collaboration with various teams, including strategy, marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives. Additionally, this role will involve direct interaction with sales teams to address customer needs, manage expectations, and provide technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requirements, challenges, and significant market trends to formulate effective solutions.
- Enhance engagement with businesses and enterprises by managing the development and roadmap of solutions.
- Monitor the usage, metrics, and performance of solutions to optimize them for revenue generation.
- Establish product vision, value proposition, key selling points, requirements, and KPIs.
- Coordinate multiple internal teams towards the development of business solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide technical support for customer inquiries and needs.
- Maintain focus on product objectives and actions at each development milestone to ensure solutions remain competitive and meet customer expectations.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies for new services, including positioning and messaging.
- Continuously assess market trends and adjust the roadmap as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in business/product/project development management or a related area, with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience with Android Enterprise, EMM/MDM solutions, and B2B services is advantageous.
