The Retail team is seeking a Sr Pricing Program Manager to lead pricing strategy and operations for Brazil.
This role will be responsible for defining, building, and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR, ensuring that we earn long-term customer trust by offering competitive prices.
The Sr Pricing PM will also oversee all pricing operations for the country, running scalable solutions, and reporting metrics to business teams and BR leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with business teams to ensure pricing strategy alignment with their goals
- Evaluating the retail landscape, adjusting pricing strategy, and generating insights for business teams
- Collaborating with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance
- Auditing pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness
- Developing and reporting on key pricing efforts and metrics
- Driving and launching initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
