Dental Practice Transformation Specialist

The clinical experience in dentistry is being redefined by our team, starting with the way dentists interact with their dental lab. Our goal is to provide concierge-level clinical expertise for complex cases and send-and-forget reliability for everything else, so dentists can focus on what they do best – caring for patients. We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an unparalleled service experience for doctors.
What You'll Do- Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products
- Take ownership of problems end-to-end, considering everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics
- Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team's processes, codebases, and best practices
- Primarily work with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL
Our ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack)
- Strong self-directed skills and ability to operate autonomously to deliver scaled impact
- Ability to hold themselves and the team to high standards, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
