The Problems You'll Solve

As an Implementations Accountant, you'll play a critical role in helping new fund clients collect data, advise on best accounting practices, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. You'll work closely with the sales and Fund Accounting teams to bridge the gap between sales and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with new fund clients to collect data and provide advisory support within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Liaising between sales and Fund Accounting teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes
  • Identifying process and quality improvements and presenting them to leadership
  • Creating balanced, accurate quarterly financial statements from unstructured client data
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in finance or accounting. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong accounting analysis skills with the ability to interpret unstructured data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

Carta offers a competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and commission plans for applicable roles. Our expected cash compensation range for this role is $81,000 - $85,000 in New York, $81,000 - $85,000 in San Francisco, and $72,900 - $76,500 in Seattle.
