Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the Human Capital Matters & Operations function, executing tasks independently and accurately, leveraging standard operating procedures to understand business processes and system integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in data management/reconciliations or reporting, process improvement, system testing, audit or monitoring. They should be able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to partner-related inquiries, providing thoughtful solutions based on an understanding of partner impact and downstream system dependencies.

The selected candidate will also support ad hoc initiatives and special projects as needed, including system testing and process improvement efforts. We require a reliable, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Human Capital Matters & Operations function in Partner Affairs.
  • Execute tasks independently and accurately, leveraging standard operating procedures to understand business processes and system integrations.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to partner-related inquiries.
  • Provide support on ad hoc initiatives and special projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in data management/reconciliations or reporting, process improvement, system testing, audit or monitoring.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle Cloud is also required.

Soft Skills: We value individuals who are independent, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
