- Administer day-to-day benefits administration and analysis of Company Latin American benefit plans and programs.
- Handle employee benefits queries and take action to direct or solve escalated issues; research, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate new hire benefits orientations and assist with enrollment in benefits programs and retirement savings plans.
- Work with vendors and HR systems to ensure accuracy in transmission of eligibility and enrollment files.
- Process employee benefits events in HR systems and maintain benefits data.
- Provide guidance on leave of absence protocols and resources to managers.
- Support the formulation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure all benefits communications are up-to-date and compliant with Latin America laws and regulations.
- Conduct reconciliations and audits as needed.
