Your primary focus will be on leading operation strategy making, including leads analysis, merchant segmentation and prioritization, performance improvement, etc. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable B2B operations strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance partner performance
  • Lead operation strategy making, including leads analysis, merchant segmentation and prioritization, performance improvement, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, preferred experience in O2O / E-commerce industry
  • Critical and structured thinking, data sensitive, able to diagnose and solve problems in a practical and efficient way
  • Integrity, open-minded, self-motivated, able to adapt to fast-paced working environment, a good team player
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
