Job Title: Senior Market Operations Manager
We are expanding our presence in Latin America with the establishment of a full-service broker dealer in Brazil. To support this growth, we seek an expert to lead our market operations team and help build out our capabilities.
The Senior Market Operations Manager will be responsible for resolving complex F2B issues and managing day-to-day securities settlements transactions. This includes establishing relationships with vendors, trading desks, and corporate partners, developing trade flows for on-exchange activity and local market support, reconciling our systems with B3, handling internal and external client inquiries and resolving transactional issues, managing settlement functions within the Brazilian Market, escalating operational issues to management, ensuring timely settlement and reporting of trades, and working with the Securities Finance team to facilitate borrow and financing needs.
Requirements/Skills/Expertise:
- 10+ years of experience in settlements/operations
- Experience with processing, matching, and settling trades in the Brazilian market (B3)
- Supporting institutional clients and firm trading
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Deep understanding of local market infrastructure, including Sinacor and Inoa
