Lead country operations in FX, commodities, and CFDs to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and enhance market presence. The role involves working closely with global leadership to execute strategies, manage sales, marketing, compliance, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional expansion strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Oversee P&L management to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Build relationships with regulators, liquidity providers, and institutional clients.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and licensing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead local teams to meet performance and service standards.
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership with a proven track record in managing country/regional operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of FX, commodities, CFD products, and trading platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
