Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our LATAM operations as a Country Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing resource management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • People & Resource Management: Ensure productivity and quality by managing local resources, tracking the hiring pipeline, monitoring attrition rates, and implementing proactive retention strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, act as primary liaison for client needs, and represent the company at local events.
  • Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth: Lead daily operations, collaborate with HR and Finance teams, monitor performance metrics, and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in relevant industry.
  • People Management: Proven success in team leadership, workforce planning, and retention improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted client and partner relationships.
  • Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to turn business objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken), Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, business management tools, and performance reporting platforms.
