We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to oversee our operations across the region.
About the Opportunity- This role is 80% focused on managing resources, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR, compliance, and strategic growth.
- The remaining 20% requires technical acumen to manage tech teams, understand operations, and participate in discussions with clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams to deliver smooth operations and excellent service.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Resource Management- Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, compliance, and performance management.
- Monitor attrition rates and implement retention strategies.
- Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and feedback channels.
- Manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
- Provide oversight in technical discussions with clients.
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
