The role of Trade Ops Head is a senior-level position responsible for leading trade operations execution in Brazil and LATAM. The successful candidate will oversee trade & loans operations, leveraging their expertise to drive strategic growth opportunities.
Brazil is a key market globally, representing 48% of trade LATAM revenue. As Trade Loans and Risk Distribution Strategic Ops Lead, the individual will manage multiple major processes, including trade and cash or payment processing, operational accounting, reconciliation, proofing, and quality reviews.
- Full management responsibility over a large team of cash and trade operations and transaction services managers
- Negotiate internally and with external parties as needed
- Manage client transaction reporting, new product introductions, statement migrations, branding, legal disclaimers, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of trade products, system architecture, and risk taxonomy. They will have strong leadership skills, driving business growth while ensuring high-quality results.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cash and trade operations and transaction services managers
- Manage trade and cash or payment processing, operational accounting, reconciliation, proofing, and quality reviews
