Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial work experience, excellent analytical capabilities, and exceptional presentation skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Regional Head in ensuring proper discipline and governance of the regional agenda and priorities. This will include providing operational and administrative support, organizing and attending business reviews, regional management meetings, and senior staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Head in driving business growth and development across the region.
  • Provide strategic input on regional operations and ensure effective execution of key initiatives.
  • Build and control the execution of the regional administrative plan, coordinating key projects and activities.
  • Coordinate the organization and roll-out of regional management meetings and other key events.
  • Develop and prepare high-level strategic presentations, reports, and decision briefings for senior management.
  • Initiate and conduct strategic regional projects, either independently or under supervision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Healthcare-related fields.
  • Strong commercial work experience (marketing, promotion, and/or sales in the industry, project management, or similar).
  • Very disciplined and experienced in managing projects.
  • Well-developed analytical capabilities and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a complex and high-level team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations, respecting confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
