Lead Regional Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Crypto and Fintech Executive to spearhead the growth of our operations in Brazil.

This strategic role involves expanding into Brazil's rapidly evolving crypto and financial services market, representing the company as a regional executive, developing and executing regional strategies, building high-performing teams, navigating regulatory environments, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles within crypto, fintech, or financial services is required.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian regulatory and tax environments is essential, along with proven ability to define and execute strategic growth initiatives in complex markets.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling organizations and building agile teams is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Portuguese and English, and Spanish as an added asset.
