Job Overview

The institutional sales team provides an opportunity to take ownership and build high-net-worth clientele relationships. This journey involves onboarding clients to their first crypto instruments, customizing products, and integrating traditional financial services into the crypto space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop high-net-worth clientele by strategically targeting and pitching to institutional prospects.
  • Take pride in successful outcomes that include onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument and designing customized products.
  • Craft and tailor products by integrating traditional financial services into crypto, with a voice in shaping what is pitched to institutional clients.

A Day in the Role:
  • Research and engage with institutional client leads.
  • Pitch our offerings and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
  • Take full ownership of client relationships and expand them to their fullest potential.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the institutional sales team as a team player.
  • Represent Crypto.com at events and conferences to strengthen our presence across the region.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments and client expectations by researching market and competitor trends.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position requiring experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-net-worth clientele and a passion for innovation in the crypto space.
